    5280 Window Well Covers was timely and responsive while getting a price quote, however I ultimately did not have a 5-star experience with this company's customer service.

    ****, I'm sorry your experience seems to contradict the information we recorded on our last visit with you after complying and bending to your every meticulous and absurd request. You received a product, you said you were happy and satisfied upon install, refused to pay upon completion, complained with email after email about things that you could not even make decisions on starting weeks after expressed satisfaction and refusal to pay your bill that was months past due. We visited your place of installation again, complying to every request even after you were not fulfilling your obligation to the signed contract and us having to chase you around for months over $90 you apparently never really had to cover the purchase you agreed to make. Our experience of you as a customer was sub par and nowhere near impressive either, and we would advise no business deal with someone who is so hard to please that subjecting themselves to whining and perfectionism and receiving a 2nd job approval gave you such a poor experience that you needed to impact a business poorly for doing all we could to make a more than difficult person happy. Audio recording, email copies, and pictures available upon request for customers wondering what caused this horrendous experience for ****.
