"I sent in an Xbox elite controller to get fixed(cuz bumpers always break) and they sent me back a brand new one because they didnt have the parts to fix it, so I sent in my other elite controller, which they replaced again as well, there awesome, support was awesome too, so Im kind of confused about all the negative comments., probably one person thats really mad at them, made it there sole purpose in life to destroy." ...
