      I contracted with Storm Pros Roofing& Contruction for an insurance replacement roof in March of 2024. The contractors showed up almost a month later to replace the roof. The contractors they had haphazardly through shingles over the side of the house leaving black marks all over my house. I informed Storms Pros about what happened, and they came out to take a look. They tried to clean it with some type of solvent which left a big grease stained right on the front of my home. So they offered to paint it but only do paint matching. I didn't want a two-tone house, so we agreed to not repair our outbuildings but let them use the money to hire someone to paint the house entirely. Once they received the money to paint the house in May they would never show up or answered any of my calls or texts. I sent them a text telling them that I would reverse the charges that I could if they didn't show up to paint my house. They finally showed up at the end of September to paint. they would come a day and miss a day there was always an excuse now I am left with a half-painted house because they had to find a ladder to reach the top of my house when they knew full well it was a high house because they had been on the roof. I wanted my house finished because our neighborhood is nice but my house is an eyesore sitting there like that half painted. They would always complain that it was too hot. One of my text did threaten legal action and I told them how un-professional they were. ***** hire theses guys if you want your stuff done right. Before they received that insurance check, they would answer all my calls when they got that the quality and professional work, they promised went out the window. They wouldn't show up or call me to let me know anything. I have come to realize that I will have to pay someone to correct all the paint damage the did to my cars, windows, and doors.
