- You have one week from receipt to try any saxophone, clarinet, mouthpiece or accessory. Should you decide to return the product, you will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping both directions and a 3.85% re-stocking fee if the product or total product return value is over $400 when paying by credit card. If the item you returned was a special order item, you may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
