    I used Tristar for fences at two of my homes. The first went fine. The second was a disaster. I even paid them in full prior to the start of work because I had used them before. Because of their issues, they wanted to put a dumpster in my driveway in a HOA. I said no. They wasted a whole half day and left old fencing until the 2nd day instead of removing it at 2 pm. The work is shoddy - many boards not fully attached. Big gaps esp on the gate. Funky gate latch and difficult to latch and lock - this was corrected after I complained about it and waited days until they could work me in and told theyd return to finish other things I didnt like - never returned. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them. They got too big, too fast and now dont seem to give a flip!

    We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with Tristar Fence (project complete in October 2020). We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we are disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the work we did on your fence. The last email communication on 10/28/20 our team asked if there was any other issues we could help you with after adjusting the gate. No communication was received via email.

    We understand that you had a good experience with us on your previous fence, and we are grateful that you chose to use us again.

    We normally use dumpsters to remove and dispose of the old fencing. This is a normal practice, and we did adjust when you asked us not to use a roll off.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused you. We value your business and we hope that you will give us another chance to earn your trust. Our fences come with a 1 year craftsmanship warranty and we would have gladly helped you with an issues that came up with you fence.
