scammers they offer free diagnose yet they drain 2 quarts out of your transmission yet i checked other customer diagnosis and seems like there a pattern "Transmission smells burned and is dark red" oh if it leaves you stranded don't worry they offer free towing with purchase what a coincidence and charged ***************************************************************** with the fluid like that why not check it? in your report you clearly checked it? why not tell the customer the ********************** is missing more than 2 quarts if you really did a diagnosis?

We did not drain any fluid from the vehicle. How it arrived at our door was how it was returned to this customer. The customer just had the ********************** repaired somewhere else and it was not working correctly. I arrived with an almost dead battery that would not take a charge, The customer AUTHORIZED the battery replacement with a cost estimate given before repairs. The customer admitted that his vehicle has electrical issues. When attempting to drive, it was clear something internal was very wrong as the truck never started out in first gear and if tried to manually shift into low range, it would bind up like the brakes were applied. The same thing happened when it attempted to shift to 4th gear. The vehicle barely made it back to the shop due to the mechanical problems inside. The fluid level has no effect on this type of failure due to it was caused by another person's poor workmanship. To make a second repair facility responsible for the prior repair shops failures is completely ridiculous. We have our authorizations and have done business correctly in this situation. It was not our original repair and the customer did not want us to go inside the unit and find out what was done incorrectly.

We have tried multiple time to contact this customer and they will not answer any of our calls. It was a weird appointment, one person scheduled it, another person dropped off and picked up truck, and another one paid for just the battery cost and our $125 diagnostic charge. I personally did the diagnostic evaluation, and never removed any oil from the vehicle. It has an internal problem and adding more fluid would have not created any solution to the mechanical issue. These people are trying to blame me for the prior repairs failure that was not associated with ****** Transmission.
