I have a severe concern over your guys' decisions, on third party providers. As they have proven to not know how to properly perform the work you are giving to them.I've brought in a third party provider *****************. That has come up with drastically different results then your guys you've chosen. To the point where you guys have let that company go. This is a major concern due to the fact that human life has not been put at the forefront of this problem from the beginning.Back in february, when you hired that third party, they should have cut and opened the wall. Due to the extreme water, damage shown in the pictures in the work order. He neglected to do so, which is now caused an immense problem, putting human life at ******** should always cut out a portion of dry wall or drill a scope hole. This is to inspect the integrity of the material behind the water logged dry wall. With a water leak, you should inspect the full area and make sure it is completely able to dry before completing a job. This was not done back in february which has caused the immense amount of mold and damage.Mold can start growing within 2448 hours of exposure to moisture, and can become visible in 1821 days. However, the speed at which mold grows depends on several ************* mold can grow up to one square inch per day. Mold can grow quickly in moist, dark, and warm areas, and on porous or rough surfaces like fabric and wood.Being at the average mold growth is one square inch per day, and we are looking at upwards of 10' or a 120" of mold away from the shower. This thing has been leaking for at least 120 days and that's not included what we can't see!!If you do simplin math, all this mold didn't just show up in the last five days. My family has been breathing this in for months do to a third party you hired. This is going on 6 days. They have been forcing me to still pay rent and live inside of a house full of mold. They don't care about children.Women order safety.
