Hides Terms and conditions to bill pay and transfer. Lists incorrect numbers on their website and within agreed terms. Has much lower limits than actually stated and agreed to. Absolutely lying to their customers.

Agree with other reviews: they have very slow processes, poor technical support doing online business. I'm trying to move my money out of my account and close my dealings with them and is taking days to get my money.

They are good at customer ********************** and low interest rates. Terrible at 21st Century technology. If their system glitches, which happens more than you want, you can not use your card or make purchases.

I joined when it was Public Service Credit Union. I loved them. Since Canvas Credit Union took over it has been one thin after another with fraudulent charges. I'm tired of it. I'm disabled and I cannot afford to have a financial institution take my time and money this way. The people in the brick-and-mortar locations are kind enough, but they rely on people behind the computer?? . That's where the problem lies. And now they are cutting weekend phone hours so I there's a problem with banking online, you still have to wait for business hours on Monday in order to fix it. The whole point of banking online is that you DON'T have to wait for Monday

???????????? ???????????? ?????????? I cant say dont bank here loud enough. I should have listened to everyone who told me to leave as soon as they took over *****. But I didnt listen and here I am. I genuinely cant put into words how disgusted and appalled I am. They refuse to dispute fraudulent charges that were made on my account and when I asked for an explanation they proceeded to say that I provided a hacker with my card information. Because my card was hacked. And used for fraudulent charges. I originally called them as soon as the charges were in a processing state as I noticed quickly, they told me they wouldnt dispute it and to call the company the charge was through. They could have just stopped the charge right then and there when I told them it was fraud. They didnt it got worse and now Im out $350 (thank god it wasnt more) because my bank refused to do their job and protect me as a customer. The company ********************** took over I was with for 10+ years. I should have listened. Please listen to me when I say leave if you have an account here. I had to find out the hard way. I will at every single opportunity I get to tell everybody I know to leave this bank or to never consider them. Horrible excuse of a company. Such a joke. You have one job and its to take care of your customers you failed

Took $2000 in two weeks time due to missed payment on loan THEY are having issues with not the customer!! Response was I took $1000 instead of taking ALL available funds because we have the right to do so from your joint accounts.. They will not allow you to have a joint account with someone else and take from that account if you have a personal loan with just your name on it and we figured this out today after having this loan for TWO YEARS!!! Absolutely pulling away from this bank because they can come up with random rules and say crazy things to cover a mess up they have made.

Canvas Credit Union SUCKS!I have been trying to dispute charges they keep charging me for, for a vehicle that should be paid off. First they tell me no the pay off amount is $28,000+ but they tell GAP that no its $26,000+ but theyre trying to charge me interest of $1719 and NOW MORE because of a mistake on their part to not tell GAP the full pay off amount! *** talked with ***** to get things resolved and they keep blaming it on the dealership then GAP. They wont take responsibility for what theyre doing! Theyve kept the account opened and charging me $10+ a day for interest on an account that should be CLOSED.

I am the administrator for my daughter's estate. When I opened up an estate account today I was asked to provide personal financial information that is irrelevant to the account. I was asked to provide my personal mortgage payment, my mortgage balance and my social security #. When I enquired why my personal information was needed for an estate account I was told that it was "in case I decided to open up other accounts at Canvas." In addition, a HARD credit check was run on me without notice or my authorization. The employee listed my occupation as homemaker. When I asked why I was told that was so that I wouldn't have to give my income.NONE of that information is needed by the federal government for an estate account!
