    being in high 90s the house was unbearable! The first time ****** came out he threw in a capacitor. Said youre good let it sit for 10 minutes and turn it back on. Didnt stay to see if he fixed the problem, it didnt fix the problem. 2nd time- He wouldnt show up till late afternoon each time, the parts stores close at 4:30. second time he came out he said its your fault its the evap coil, I cant get it today. Told my husband he said no way, We then called for. 2nd opinion anyone in the right mind would have. They absolutely not, its the compressor, if its the compressor it was installed incorrectly, these dont go out in two years. My husband called ******. Said explain why youre saying about the coil. ****** then admitted he was wrong. third time, said your drier filter. I cant get that today be tomorrow morning. he comes back for the fourth time! With the wrong part showed up to my house 9:30am the parts people gave him the wrong part. he left. was gone until 4! Tells me they dont have in stock, Im going to bypass it, Finds out it is the compressor. Tells me I cant fix it until Tuesday, of course get upset we have been without ac for a week! He has been out four times, still cant fix it! ****** says you give $250 I can make the parts place open, fix it tomorrow instead of Tuesday. husband says lets do that we cant have no AC, questioned ******. We been told by friends in the business that its the installation that made this happen. We had evap coil looked at it was clean. ****** laughs at question about it being installed incorrectly. ****** was to wait for my husband get home with cash to make parts place open, ****** tucked tail left will not respond to us.GUILT! new company tell us ****** never installed filter dryer at installation 2 yrs ago. found out that our drier filter is in stock! With different company paying labor we are paying half cost then what ****** said-for a part. We are on week two without AC and having to sleep in our camper
