    I don't think, I know that this a very reputable company, I contacted the company and I was honored to work with ****** ********** I gave him my dimensions and he caculated the materials I needed,received them when promised. was short materials due to my error, called and requested what I needed. Had to return some pieces due to changes I made, he was very willing to except the items back with no question asked! could not have dealt with a more honest person! I highly recommend this company, if i could i would give them 10 stars based on the way ************************ worked with me!!! Thank you ********************* the product is nice had to do a lot of cuts due to my project. for me it was time consuming but well worth it, would buy it again!

    I run a Vape store. It has nothing to do with Genstone whatsoever, yet they call here 4-5 times a day. They have called Every single day for almost 3 weeks now. I have calmly explained to At Least a dozen people that no one here wants to tile anything and to Please stop calling. This is a store and we are trying to conduct business. Every time they say, No problem sir sorry about the inconvenience and then a different sales person will call a few hours later. I went through my call history and in the last 10 day they've called my business 42 times! That is Not an exaggeration either. It's crazy, I'm not a customer, I have Never been a customer and I will Certainly Never be a customer. If you have Any other choice I would recommend not getting involved with these people. I don't even know how they got my number but they refuse to stop harassing us. We've explained the situation to At Least a dozen people from Genstone. They apologize and then just keep calling.

    GenStone is terribly Sorry that ****************** had a bad experience and we apologizes for this. GenStone is a very unique product, any potential Clients would have to contact GenStone either via its website or by calling to inquire about the product. If ****************** has never contacted GenStone, someone must have submitted his contact information without his knowledge, GenStone does not cold call any Clients. GenStone did speak with ****************** on two occasions, the second conversation ****************** made it clear he was not interested in the product and informed GenStone to never contact him again. GenStone immediately removed his information from its system. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
