Will take advantage of vulnerable customers. Unprofessional and questionable business practices. They don't own their equipment and mostly rent **** hammers and excavators. Their five star reviews are questionable as well. If you have elderly family members or members who are not knowledgeable about plumbing please beware and get a second opinion.

Called Sveagle regarding slow draining kitchen sink and bathroom sink. ******* H (whom I assume is a plumber) responds tells me he will clear drains and will replace the copper kitchen sink drain line in basement which is, "not to code" also will snake and run camera thru all drain lines in the house insuring operation. WORK DONE: kitchen and bath sinks 'tubular' (P-traps), replaced at a cost of $1,516.00. Kitchen and bath 'Santee' (pipe connecting horizontal line to vertical line), replaced at a cost of $7,930.00. ******* tells me that he "attempted" to snake and camera the drain lines with no success, and no mention of replacing copper lines in the basement, hands me an invoice advising me work has been completed. Total cost: $9,446.00. I balk at the cost and tell ******* that the work was not completed as I was told and cost should be amended accordingly, his reply: "You signed the contract." I called Sveagle advising that the work has not been completed and kitchen sink still draining slowly. Talked with *****, who advises me he is a plumber with Sveagle agrees to meet with me at my home to discuss. After 40-minute conversation, bottom line from *****: "You signed the contract." ***************************** (owner of Sveagle) calls me, 'I hear you are unhappy'. After listening to my complaint, he condescendingly tells me, "Well, sounds like a he said, she said case." But he is willing to return $4223.00 to me. I text him that I want this offer in writing. To this date, no response and no other communication from him. Per ****************************************** (****), ******* H and ***** are APPRENTICE (trainee) employees, NOT LICENSED PLUMBERS. **** ********** Apprentice-rules: 'Supervision requires that a licensed plumber supervise apprentices at the job site.' THIS WAS NOT DONE. Honest, ethical, professional? Not by any standard.

A Sveagle plumber came to my house this morning to check the house drain for roots; the plumber worked a little over an hour, removed more roots that I ever thought possible. The plumber then ran a camera down the drain and showed me the drain after the roots were removed. He explained the reason we could still see a few roots, but the drain would be ok for another year. I think he did an excellent job, the price was fair and I certainly plan to ask the Sveagle Plumber to come back. I appreciate his patience and the quality of work that he did. I found him to be patient, knowledgeable, and honest. ********** would be a credit to any business, ****** is fortunate to have employees of this nature. No one could ask for better in my opinion!!! ************

"Free" estimate. Came out then charged $289 for an investigative fee before I got my estimate. Told them where the leak was and it was accessible by making a little larger hole in the drywall. Wanted $2300 for a drain seal repair then lowered to $1800. Not recommended. Passed and had someone help me with the job for cost of parts ($20)
