    ***** and ***** are right up there with some of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Back in July our recycle bin was stolen and when I addressed the issue with ***** that I have reason to believe one of their employees stole it. ***** laughed at the situation and said "I get a lot of calls about stuff going missing at your complex." Already off to a bad start. He assures me he will investigate and replace my missing bin. It took two months for my bin to be replaced because they dropped it off at the wrong unit. Then after that the employees straight up refused to take any recycle in the replacement bin so now I have to resort to putting broken down boxes in clear trash bags otherwise they won't take it and I'm not the only one that has this issue. They also have deleted my ******** comments multiple times calling them out for my dissatisfaction. Sadly these aren't the only issues we've had. Trash pickup doesn't start until after 7pm Sunday through Friday (It's literally on the label on the trashcan they gave us) and I've caught their employees on camera showing up anywhere from 30 to even 40 minutes before the stated pickup time. I guess they got sick and tired of having their dirty laundry aired out on ******** because they've now blocked me. Yeah, because why take accountability when brushing the issue under the rug is so much easier.
