Deck Builders of Colorado were very professional. ******* and ***** went above and beyond to bail me out of the ghosting I experienced with another contractor.***** and his crew worked fast and efficiently. ***** is a skillful *********. My deck looks like something out of a catalog. Im very pleased!

The Owner (*********************) cannot be trusted. He provided me with a written proposal, which I verbally accepted and approved. ******* visited my home several times to review work scope, and discuss project specifics. After agreeing to move forward with the project, HE NEVER returned my phone calls or started the project. ******* never provided an explanation of why he chose to honor his proposal or commitment to execute the work!The Deck Builder of Colorado

The Deck Builder of Colorado strives for customer excellence, and, unfortunately, this particular customer felt the need to post this review. In our defense, we had given **** an estimate for his project; meanwhile, he got other estimates, and time passed in early spring of 2022. When the customer awarded us the project, we told him that our schedule was out for 60 days, which, in turn, did not fit his schedule. We had yet to receive any other communications after that date.
Unfortunately, 18 months later, he wrote this review with false allegations and another negative review on Yelp in 2022. In this case, the timing did not work out in his favor as we had other commitments scheduled due to **** waiting to accept our initial estimate.
