  These people are a scam. I bought a table on 09/29 I was told they could hold it for me for 7 days, the individual (******) selling me the table didn't seem to know answers to easy questions, they handed my a yellow paper that said "HOLD" on it and I was told to put down my name and phone number. I was then handed tape and told to put it on the table, I asked ****** if they needed to see the table to verify the one I was buying, I was told no. I then said I'll get the table in a few days as I was moving, I was told that was ok. Yesterday 10/05 my husband and I arrive to pick it up, and couldn't find it, showed the employees a picture one of them says "oh i sold that today". Excuse me? You sold something that was already bought in full?? They were hesitant to give me a refund as well. *******, the one who sold a table that was already bought by me was so disrespectful, laughing about what she did, told me it was past the pick up date and that they don't call even though they ask for customers numbers. She even BLAMED me that it had the wrong "hold" sticker on it. I asked for a her for pen and paper and she was hesitant to give it to me, then was hesitant to give me her name and *******. I asked for the owners name and she had the nerve to laugh because I spelled it with a "CH" instead of a "K".I called ****** (the owner) today 10/06 and she didn't seem to care. Just kept saying it was a mistake. But now my family has to eat dinner on the floor until we find a new table. She didn't seem to care at all at what her employees did or acted. She even tried to sell me another table over the phone and got mad when I said I wouldn't be giving them anymore money.They are very disrespectful and like to sell items that have already been bought. They don't even honor they're own policies that are posted throughout the store of how long they'll hold items for.

  I consigned 40 items back in November, and their system currently shows I consigned 4 items. They basically stole all of the clothes I brought in. They admitted there was a mistake in their system but they didnt know how to fix it or find my information.
