      We left Conceptions services last year and since then have received many bulls that we have records of paying. We even received one for a small amount (~$60) which we were threatened with collections. We paid this despite having been paid up according to billing. We will be contacting legal assistance in order to not be harassed. We are working with a competitor of theirs (who IS competent) and are well underway in our IVF journey. This most recent activity was from over 15 months ago.

      Everything took forever. Our dr never answered in questions. Said we can just go on ****** to find our answers. I had a nurse tell me today that I was lucky I was allowed to be apart of the process because Im a man. Way overpriced. Plan on getting everything being disorganized.
