    Let me be perfectly honest with my review. I have an currently live at the ********************** located at *********************************. Most unfortunately for most 80% of the residents "suffer from uncontrolled pest Infestations". What makes matters worse is the sole fact (*********) is the company's "actual name" while using the trade name (Bug-A-Boo) has (never) *successfully treated any of the 200+ units in our apartment complex. ******** ********** of *********** Pesticide Enforcement Unit ruled against the company. (They) were found to have *Illegally Sprayed Pesticides "in ways" Inconsistent Which Did Not Follow Established Rules an Procedures and Labeling Directions. I can further attest to the deceptive business practices "covering" an period of 5 years. (YES) I CAN TESTIFY AN HAVE PROVIDED EXPLICIT DETAILED AUDIO RECORDING AN VIDEO RECORDINGS OF SUCH ABUSES TO ******** DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE IN THE PAST. (YES) I CAN TESTIFY AN HAVE AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING OF INTERACTIONS WITH ALL VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND SEVERAL CORPORATE STAFF CONCERNING THESE VERY DISTURBING DETAILS. (********* *A.K.A. BUG-A-BOO AN VARIOUS VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA FRONT OFFICE STAFF "INTENTIONALLY" HARASS AN FORCE THEIR WAY INTO RESIDENTIAL UNITS). THE WORST PART OF THE WHOLE SITUATION (WHICH THEY USE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE; THEY TOSS AN TURN OVER FURNITURE AND BED MATTRESSES AN BOX SPRINGS OF HEAVILY *BED BUG INFESTED UNITS GETTING BEDBUGS ALL OVER THEIR CLOTHING *THEN CONTINUE GOING TO NEXT UNIT; "SPREADING BED BUGS TO OTHER UNITS AN THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW (ALL) THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE 2019 AND 2020 BEDBUG ***S. MANAGENENT DOES RETALIATE AGAINST TENANTS. THEY FILE ********* EVICTIONS CONSTANTLY AGAINST ME. THE *** STAFF AND THEIR ATTORNEYS ARE JUST AS CORRUPT AS THE ***** AND EMPLOYEES (AS) STATED ABOVE.******************************* IS THE *** FIRM THAT REPRESENTS THE *** MATTER OF FACT, THIS IS THE SAME ***FIRM WHOM IS BEING SUED IN FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT

    They are a scam to the industry; for example one resident has been living with bed bugs for over two years and Bug a Boo can't seem to get rid of them. The ***** problem could be handled better if they would seal all access points. This would be where pipes go into walls. They don't want to do that because it would lead them without a job. I was told I can not know if I have pest problems without first consulting with them. Accordingly I'm not smart enough to figure that out. They have tried to force their way into my unit and now have management say it is a violation of the lease if I don't allow them to enter. Every month they come to inspect only to find I have no pest. They are unwanted guest and I have no need for the service they provide. I told them if I need them I would let them know. This is not good enough so they continually hound me even though I do not need them. I have a pest free unit so why the continual harassment? This is unwanted behavior and only started with a new manager since March this year. I would recommend not hire these people for they are deceitful and annoying. When they move things around when your not there they do not put them back like when my bed was moved in a clear disrespectful manner. they also go through your stuff without asking first. Again do not hire these people they want you to have a continued pest problem.
