    I was disappointed that Bluebird Windows and Doors sent random subcontractors where they boast factory trained. The windows and doors I received seem like they may be factory seconds. When I voiced concern I was treated like a criminal. ***** ********, owner, promised a full refund with return of his products but didnt prove true. Left me with a yard full of Sunrise products that I eventually had hauled to the dump.

    This is ***** *****, same woman who has been leaving complaints about BlueBird for over 5 years now. She has left and removed reviews with the BBB along with a complaint that was invalid. This is spam, treat it as such.

    Best investment weve made for our home!! These windows make our house so quiet and this recent Arctic cold snap just doesnt seep in around our windows!The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating!

    BlueBird replaced all of our windows and installed a bay window in my kitchen. The installation of our new windows went very well. The installers were very professional and very efficient. I'm sure we will enjoy them in the upcoming years. Thanks very much!!! I would definitely recommend them to replace your windows. The windows are very nice and sure updated our home.

    Bluebird Windows and Doors replaced all my windows, sliding glass doors, and put in a bay window for me. I am thrilled with the finished product and the installers, ****** and ***, and field supervisor, *****, were all very professional! Everyone was very communicative and respectful of my property. Beautiful windows and doors and wonderful work! Thank you all!

    The entire BlueBird Windows team was fantastic! Our Salesperson, *** was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - super friendly. We got a great deal for all our windows and dog friendly sliding back door. I can't say enough about the window installers. They were friendly, experienced, efficient, and took great care of our home. They are really great guys! Also, ***** came by to inspect everything afterwards. He answered questions and addressed a minor issue we had so quickly. We highly recommend BlueBird Windows and Doors! We love our new windows!! If you are thinking about new windows - Contact them!

    Very high quality service, from first sales meeting to post install. People were punctual for meetings, quote was accurate with no hidden costs, installation performed in one day and place was cleaned up after install. Windows and installation are the expected quality. Questions were answered promptly and phone calls are answered by real people, not chatbots. Very honest company. No issues during the entire process and I highly recommend this locally owned business.

    Bluebird is a great company. They do what they say and customer service is beyond excellent. After my sliding glass door was installed it needed to be adjusted. I called and they asked me if they could come back to look at it. The technician made a couple adjustments and it has been perfect ever since. He said anytime I might have a problem to call and they would come back. I will be a customer of ********************** for life because of this great service.
