    This company made me jump through hoops to schedule a showing of a rental. I had to contact them three different time to request a tour. The first response was to apply for the link. The second response was a link in which I had to submit all of my information including submitting a picture of my ID. Finally, on the third response, I could schedule a tourbut only during business hours, even though its a self-guided tour. After that, I had to confirm the tour less than 48 hours beforehand, and upon arriving, I had to input another piece of info to find out how to get in. It took multiple contacts just to set up a tour, which was only four days after the listing was posted. And then, on the same day of the tour, with less than five hours' notice, they canceled it without any explanation. I had already taken time off work and didnt see the notice right away because I was busy. I'm so disappointed and urge landlords to avoid this property management company. So many hoops to jump through, and then they just cancel on you.
