    If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. The owner and site manager does not properly run this establishment, nor do they retain any hospitality or customer service skills that is required when running this type of business. The site manager always has an attitude, if she doesn't like the way you look, dress are even talk she will kick you off the property. They do not comply with *** rules and regulations, Privacy rights nor the fair housing act. Rules are made up to best suit there wants whenever they see fit. Even though they have a rules guideline and what they say and what the guideline says contradicts each other. They try to combat this with stating that they have the right to change the rules at any time however, they kick some people out for not having up to date tags yet some people are allowed to stay even if their tags have been expired since 2023. They will charge a fine and say that you can't have certain things outside your RV yet others that live in this park are allowed to have similar items and nothing is said to them and no fine is imposed. Look out if they don't like you, These people clearly discriminate against what they think they know instead of what is reality. There are many major violations, peoples rights are being ignored as well as violated. I will not state them on this review due to seeking legal counsel, and the proper authorities. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor look elsewhere it is not worth being made to feel as if you have to walk on egg shells when your paying this amount of money that's charged and honestly there are much nicer and cheaper RV Parks then this one. Every negative review that I have seen by previous customers the owner ****** comes back in very condescending ways. Instead of improving upon her business and herself with the constructive feed back, she takes offense and tries to turn it around on the customer. Golden Rule in Hospitality-The Customer Is Always Right!!!

    I caution readers to consider the source. We had several other guests express concern about unknown individuals frequenting your father's site, staying overnight or coming and going at all hours, so we asked your father about it. He told us that you had moved in with him a month earlier and often had other guests come by but you never bothered to stop in the office to let us know you would be staying. We didn't ask you or your father to leave or kick you out but when your family voluntarily left, there was a large balance left owing for electricity as well as a few days in October that you haven't paid. As for your review, the dog which you said was an emotional support animal had paperwork which stated it was registered for a person who did not live here. I told your father if the animal was needed for another person who lived here, he simply needed to provide paperwork indicating that. We ask all our guests to comply with the written rules and regulations. Whenever there are violations, we try to work with individuals on the specific issues before issuing a fine. When your father didn't follow through on his word as to when the latest items would be addressed, a fine was issued. Yes, there are others in the park who aren't in compliance but we are working with them to address the issues as well. There are also people who are grandfathered in on some of the items since they were here before we bought the park. I read every review and reflect on it but also know that there are two sides to every story. I'm sorry if you feel my responses are condescending but sometimes the truth hurts. I am glad you've found somewhere else to live and I hope you can comply with their rules.
