I stayed at at the Comfort Suites 11/10/23-11/12/2023. My Boyfriend Booked my first night through Expedia, And I booked through Priceline the following Saturday night. I was staying in room 225. Once I arrived home, That following Tuesday, I noticed a $250 hotel charge along with 2- $2.50 charges on my Credit Card that I used. I Contacted the establishment immediately. I had to contact them twice to find out what my room charge was. The gentlemen Manager on site informed me that he would need to get into contact with the Kimberly the manager who was on site that weekend to give me more details for the door that was damaged to the room. He took down my name and number and assured me he would call me back once he spoke to Kimberly and knew more details. I never heard back from him. I called back every day sometimes 2-3x per day leaving my number for a call back. It wasn't until I said I would need to go above the managers head if I didn't hear a call back. Finally, Monday I received a call back from Kimberly. I wanted proof for the door damage. She sent me back photos, and they are clearly pictures of someone trying to break in from the outside. Once I observed these pictures, I called Kimberley's Personal Cell Phone and asked to see video surveillance of the hallway where I was staying. She informed me that they do not have surveillance on floors 2 or 3. I had 2 keys to my room and was hardly in my room, nor did I ever feel the need to break into my room. The manager told me if I thought there was anyone trying to break into my room I should have called the front desk. I repeatedly told her I was hardly in my room. She also stated that there was a lot of commotion in my room and someone was arrested. I was there alone. The arrest was from down the hall and there was a party going on in the next room all weekend. I could understand if there was damage from inside the room. But as stated before, This came from someone trying to break in.
