    We have been fighting with ***** since last fall. The work he has done has not been satisfactory. Anderson has not complied with the contract we agreed upon. Plants and trees were guaranteed until spring of 2025 - many of the plants have died and ***** won't take responsibility, in fact he refuses to answer our emails. He installed a sprinkler system and water fountain that neither one are working properly. We've asked him so many times for brand name, instruction booklets and warranty information on both features. Again he has ignored our requests, he won't respond or give us the requested information. For the amount of money we paid him we would expect a professional job and response. During the entire project we had to fight (and not always succeeding) to get the work done properly. Even our general contractor argued with him over jobs not done or poorly executed. We've tried to work with ***** but refuses to answer any of our calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional, unacceptable. The last time we tried talking to ***** - he walked off.

    He installed a new front porch at my Aunts and completely messed it up. The grout crumbled, he used duct tape on the french drain, the water was draining TOWARDS the foundation of the house On top of that he will not return ANY of her calls or texts or take any responsibility. DO NOT USE HIM!!!
