"I tried switching my payment service over to Zen planner and it's been nothing but the biggest headache imaginable. Before I ever used their service, they started charging me and when I try to put a stop to it and cancel my membership, they charge me for another six months there after, every time I tried to call to speak to supervisor or manager there was never anyone around to speak to and would not guarantee a callback from anybody that could help." ... "I have been a customer for over 10 years in which time they increase the prices around 300% before i called to cancel. They told me to go online and fill the paperwork to cancel, which I did, then saw the charge for the service again, after calling again, they said they had records of me calling but the system did not show I canceled, talking with customer service they confirmed that something must have gone wrong with their software as I clicked on what they wanted 4-5 times as i was on the phone with them." ...
