This review is posted to the WRONG company.  We do nothing with transport services.  Our company does HVAC work.  I'd ask that this customer be more accurate when complaining and leaving terrible reviews.  Thank You

Absolute garbage contractor, do not use these guys under any circumstances. Impossible to get in touch with, will not return calls or messages. Their answering machine notes specifically not to leave a message and text instead, which is bizarre, but they don't text back either.I was assigned this contractor through First American Home Warranty to repair / replace my A/C unit and evaporator, I'd warned **** about this contractor once they were assigned as I'd read previous reviews on them, and the reviews out there are 100% accurate. **** arrived the first time on a Monday unprepared to even test my A/C, said they'd come back on Thursday to test, didnt show up, no word, nothing. Apologies came and **** showed up the following Tuesday, tested and wrote the report for **** and that was the last anyone heard from them.**** could not get in touch with them for WEEKS for the required information they needed as the repair was extensive and expensive. I could not get in touch with them either.New emergency service request now in the works.0 Stars, 0 out of 10 for C&R Repair, avoid at all costs

C&R came to my house via AHS to repair and then replace my swamp cooler. They replaced the swamper May 19. With all of the storms in ******, the swamp cooler was knocked off its moorings and started constantly draining water into my attic. Within a couple weeks, my housemate noticed his ceiling was dripping. I filed an insurance claim. My contractors went on the roof *** said whoever installed the swamper neglected to put any padding under it and drilled straight into my roof, breaching my attic. When the storms hit, water ran into my attic from where the feet of the swamper were improperly drilled. *** said Im *** on filing a complaint because its been longer than 30 days since the work was done, but I contacted them the week of June 6 along with my insurance agent and they blew me off. So far, Im facing $60,000 in damages to my home. Hoping *************************** has insurance to cover this attocity.

Please take warning, this is a shady company connected t ** via AHS, does dangerous, subpar work. They put in a new A/C system that doesnt work and is not up to code with dangerous uncovered electrical wiring etc. They also put in a system that is not the correct size for our home and continues to ice over. We (they) will have to pay thousands to get it up to code and work properly. They cancel appointments after having to wait all day and then go unresponsive when they dont want to own up to their lack of professional work.

C&R Repair is by far the most incompetent and unsafe mechanical contractor we have ever experienced. Do NOT let your home warranty company assign C&R to your service. Its not just bad work, its legitimately unsafe and illegal work. I will spare you of all the details of our experience, but will share a few highlights: Their first installation was just God awful among other things, they wired in reverse so the heat came up instead of the ** when it was hot out, used bathroom sealant on the unit, and left other huge gaps in the ductwork connection. Two separate HV** contractors later told us it was one of the worst installations theyd ever seen.12 hours after they left the next time, the basement smelled like gas, so they were back the next day. In total, they made 6 or 7 trips to our house to repair their own shoddy work.In the process of replacing the furnace, they damaged the air conditioning water line causing water to leak over the air conditioner and new furnace for 3 weeks before we noticed. C&R claimed that it was already damaged (it wasn't leaking before the repair), then proceeded to mansplain how corrosion works. This resulted in destroying the ** coil and damaging the new furnace. AHS refused to cover the damage.Improper installation resulted in carbon monoxide levels of 49ppm in the house. 50 ppm is the generally accepted safe limit with an average exposure of 8-hrs / day.During their last attempt to repair the drip pan with a 4th coat of silicone sealant, they ripped apart the main supply duct and then left, leaving us a gaping hole that couldn't be repaired, and only option was to replace the main duct at our expense.2 separate HV** contractors called it "the worst furnace installation I have even seen." In the end, all of C&Rs work and the ** unit they damaged was torn out and replaced at our own expense.
