Highline connected to our home in **************** in July 2023. Installation was great, and they delivered the agreed-to speed pretty much right away. Since the beginning of ****, Ive had a handful of cases where the signal goes down for half a day or so. Its now Sunday, Feb 18, and service has been down since Thursday afternoon. The biggest issue here besides the service being down is their approach to keeping us updated. A few different people are randomly posting to ******** to give us non-updates. That means they basically just say service is not restored and they dont provide an estimate on when it will be back. There is no communication from their website or a central resource for us to get updates.

We're extremely unhappy with the management of maintenance requests at Highline. We have made multiple separate maintenance requests for our mini-split HVAC not heating or cooling correctly, at various times and they get closed and deleted without an explanation or resolution. The requests have been removed from my online maintenance history, as if they never existed. We had to buy thermal curtains - our bill was almost 200 dollars for **** square feet. in the month of December and we were literally out of down for 1 whole week during that time. It's been 9 months since we noticed issues with our mini splits and only now are they finally fixed. This required multiple phone calls on our part, because they would regularly delete our requests or not return as they said they would at a later date.In terms of the quality to the units - Highline is known for their black Amana appliances and no granite to be found anywhere. We also have a coil stove - extremely outdated and difficult to clean. Our apartment was also delivered to us dirty - hair on the baseboards, the dishwasher was CAKED in food and we had to take out the filter and separately soak it. There was also a red sticky substance all over the floors. Our trash bin had rotting garbage and maggots in it. While the management offered us a few hours of "free cleaning services" upon moving out, they still expect us to pay for carpet cleaning out of our security deposit. Real nice - "let it go, ****".We have also had several items stolen from my patio even though I am only 1 block from the leasing office/management center.I agree with others, the area is nice and the trail is convenient, but it's supposed to be luxury apartments. Luxury living should not imply that there are low standards and only when tenants complain to we even consider doing something. It should just be the standard of living that is upheld in every Rockwood/******* Yards apartment. I would to rent here again.

In an attempt to setup internet service I contacted Highline. They provide service in our local community. I started with an online request, and confirmation that I will be contacted soon. Waited a week, nothing. I called and again provided the required information to set up an account and receive service. I was told that they would send someone to my address to verify the signal strength and what type of service could be provided. This would take a week to ten days. I waited two weeks and still no one contacted me. I called again and explained everything that has happened to this point. After they apologized for the problems I've encountered to this point. I was told that they had review my location and I was eligible for 10 MGB internet speed at $62 per month. I was then told that the Service Department would be in contact with me to schedule my installation. I waited three more days and again no one called. I then called them to find out the status of my installation. The young lady told me she would have someone call me right away to get my installation scheduled and she also reviewed all charges that I should expect after installation. Again I was Quoted $62 per month with a one time $99 connection fee. I was called 15 minutes later to schedule the installation two days later. Their representative showed up, but not to do an install. He told me it was an initial sight visit to test tower signal. So again, I called to find out what is all the confusion. Again, they apologized and set up installation for the next day. Approximately an hour later I received a call to inform me that my monthly cost would be $117. The young man on the phone could not give me an explanation as to why my service would cost more than my neighbors. I'm left extremely frustrated and disappointed in such terrible service after waiting a month.
