We have had CertaPro paint both the interior and exterior of our home. The work was professionally completed within the times and budgets originally established. Pat and **** each were cordial and professional in evaluating our jobs and preparing appraisals and bids. ***** was great to work with scheduling and working on problem solving. The crews who performed the work were pleasant, considerate, effective and professional. CertaPro was the most professional company I have worked with in a long time. Recently I have had dealings with multiple painting, fencing, repair, and remodeling companies, and CertaPro sets a standard none of the others have come close to reaching. They communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Personnel were polite, friendly, efficient, and competent. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I had a perfect experience with CertaPro. Their communication and customer service was proactive and professional. The people are friendly and helpful. Two months after having my house painted, neighbors from blocks away comment on how terrific my house looks.
