  Your program continuously crashes in the middle of me editing, and deletes hours worth of work. I paid valuable money for this product that continuously puts me at a massive disadvantage. Just this last time, I went to export in the outro to a video i was editing for 4 and a half hours, and had the program freeze upon import - resulting in me losing hours worth of work on a video I was about to upload. It doesn't help I make a revenue on this, and now am losing out on money as well. I would love a refund on the product, or a staff who cares to fix the many issues with the program. If I had known how neglected the software was before purchase, I wouldn't have ever bought it. This is such a simple fix; make it so the software can AUTO SAVE. THIS IS NOT HARD! BUT THE ***** HERE ARE LAZY!!!

  It is quite easy to use, and fast, just what I needed and was looking for to RIP my CD library.Couldn't be more satisfied.

  I use NCH Software for my ************* needs. At first, everything was good - easy to learn and implement. However, they started having updates that became more & more frequent. With every update, something that worked well before didnt work any more. When I contacted ***************** they walked me through how to clear unused cache files. This solved the problem for a while. When I contacted **************** about the problems I was having (again) & told them that clearing the cascade files didnt work, they instructed me to reinstall the program. This was quite inconvenient, as I had to set my settings and color pallet again. But it worked for a while. When I contacted ***************** they told me to do a complete uninstall, where I had to remove the program from my computer altogether and install it again. For the complete uninstall to work, I had to delete all of my other NCH software as well - the photo editing program, express file downloading program, meta tagging program That means I had to reinstall them all and reset all of my settings - for each program. I have had many frustrating experiences - mainly because the error/shut down happens just as I am putting the finishing touches on my video. The most frustrating part is that **************** never offers a solution to the problem. They only put band-aids on it. The latest problem is that when I finish my videos, they look fine in the preview, but when I save or export them, the finished product has either a frozen screen, a green screen, or a black screen. I didnt find out until after I had already posted them. I contacted ****************. They told me to, & I quote, experiment with changing the file type and compression size and to let [them] know the outcome. Ive enjoyed using NCH Software, but Ive lost way too much time. Its taken as much as 6 hours to do a 15 minute task. It happens quite often. Ive cut my video editing teeth on ******** thankful. But Ill be moving on.
