      We had a terrible experience dealing with the owner of this company. When we originally rented the portable storage for a move the company was fully staffed. The office person was helpful and very nice. She seemed knowledgeable about their product and pricing. I signed a contract with the company the end of May 2023 and had a storage container deliver. When I called the end of July to have the container picked up and moved to another location the situation with the company had completely changed. The owner of the company had fired everyone and is attempting to run the business solo. It took 3 calls to get the move scheduled, added stress in an already stressful situation. The first call I was told I will have to call you back because "I have a hair cut appointment", the call was never returned. When I was finally able to schedule the move but the amount of the final invoice was almost $100 more than I was quoted and what the signed contract said. The owner said that he had to tack on additional charges that were supposed to be in the original contact but weren't, that the milage was miscalculated because he has moved the business to another location, and m he didn't really seem understand how to use the QuickBooks program, or any of his software for that mater. He stated that we would get a refund. I was told more than once he would make it right because that's what he does. He has since changed his mind and refuses the refund saying he's right and we are wrong regardless of the contract. I have never received a final invoice for services because he can't figure out how to send one. Very unprofessional to deal with and talks I've the customer during every conversation insisting he is right. All in all we would never use them again, EVER!
