Excellent work on our residential air conditioner. ****** was our tech. He explained the why behind the repair. They were straightforward and reasonable in price. We will definitely use A-1 again.

I would not recommend them to anyone i have called and called all morning long for someone to come and service my heating and they said my service want not covered in my warranty cause it was after hours. So had to freeze are butts off over the weekend in freezen cold weather! Not cool!A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning Services

We were contracted by ********************** to install your new free high efficient furnace. ERC is a tax payer funded nonprofit organization and provides free home energy efficiency upgrades to income-qualified households. As stated on all of our invoices, warranty service is to be performed during regular business hours. There is an option for an after hours emergency service call, but there is an after hours service fee for this service, which you declined. You were scheduled first thing Monday morning and ************** did take care of the problem and had your heat back up and running despite the constant harassment and nasty messages left by you and your partner. Unfortunately the problem was not a warranty issue and should have been billed. Despite everything, we did not bill you and solved your problem.
