    Unprofessional, miscommunicated appt date, blamed it on the client, and refused to give back the $90 deposit after not showing up for the services requested. Claims she had an emergency, but did not let client know this until after she was called out on social media. She would not answer any messages prior to that. Then claimed that the appt wasn’t scheduled until the following weekend, but clients receipts showed otherwise. The owner, Christina V********, laughed at the social media post, and made multiple comments that she will not be returning the money. The client was expecting her there the day she initially agreed upon, and when Christina did not follow through, was unreachable when she didn’t show, she got mad about the social media post. The client does not want the rescheduled date, especially since the owner flat out lied to her and is trying to make the client feel at fault. She simply wants her $90 deposit back so she can use a difference company.
