  This company was unprofessional, had no attention to detail, charged outrageous prices and charged for work that was not asked to be completed. We settled for less, thankfully.

  We went above and beyond for this customer who was not ready for her move out clean. We ended up packing her kitchen and graciously, without charging her, packing additional rooms and items and doing her laundry, just so we could reach the areas needing cleaned. We spent 11 hours at this 3 bedroom 1 bath home infested in animal hair and various, questionable additional messes. After 11 straight hours without a break to even use the bathroom, we finished up and left. The next day, after telling ****** all we did and the amount of hours we were there she starts attacking me. She sends me undated photos of who knows what because they were close ups and likely behind her boxes and boxes of things we packed of behind things we could move, such as her aquarium that was still full of water. We charged her for a deep clean versus a move out clean because it wasn't worth the time or negativity. She still wouldn't accept this offer. So I offered her $310 off her invoice. $500 for 2 cleaners, 11 hours. She finally agreed and paid. But she continues to cause problems and waste my time having to continually defend my company that's been around over 7 years without a complaint. She originally said her budget was $500 but then recanted it saying they had "no budget". She knew what she was doing from the start and should really be ashamed. I have over 200 photos of the condition of the house before and after which completely negate hers. And mine are date and time stamped along with being zoomed out to show which room they were taken in. I'm happy to further explain to anyone who has questions. Thank you, *****

  I hired ***** to manage my Airbnb. She had been doing it for a couple years and I found out she had stolen at least $3000, do not hire this company. I am filing a criminal complaint. I am very upset with the lack of integrity

  This is a disgruntled employee who has been trying her hardest to ruin my business. Her name is ***************************. *********************** and I are still working together and I am still ** hosting for his airbnb. **** can verify this. The email used on this "review" is not his. He is at ************************* I also have an email **nfirming I am still ** hosting. I fired this employee June 10 and she's been a nightmare.
