    I have used Adorable Chem-Dry for my carpet cleaning for two decades. On prior occasions, the owner was here and he cleaned very thoroughly. This time his son showed up and expecting the service I had always had, I left him to his own devices. Now I examine my carpeted stairs and see that he did not vacuum before he cleaned. The stairs still have dust and debris along the carpeting edges and he did not rake out the carpet fibers either. I suppose I will now find a different cleaning company.
