      When I called in late March and talked to their service department. I was told they could do a replacement of some vinyl on my walk-in door of my motorhome. I also asked them to replace a drawer pull and reglue some edging on the shower door. All of the items I had parts and provided them to them. They could not get me in for a month and I had to be there exactly at 12:00 noon. We checked in the motorhome (at 12:00 noon) and went thru what needed to be done and provided all the parts. The serviceman that checked us in wrote up a workorder and said it would be a week or so. When we didn't hear back for two weeks, we called to check on it. The service person that answered said he would check on it and get back to us. We did not receive a call back. After waiting another week, we called again and a different service person said they would check on it. He did call back and we were informed that they did not do the type of work to repair the door and I would need to take the motorhome elsewhere. Needless to say I am not a happy camper after wasting a month and 3 weeks of my time. Why didn't they just check and tell us upfront? Totally incompetent service department. Between us and our family we have bought multiple RVs from them. Needless to say, they will be the last. If I could give them a zero review if I could
