    I recently received a letter from the Heritage Property Management company in *****************. This letter was the first letter to tell me I had to clean up my property or be fined $50. One picture showed bird p*** about two inches long and maybe 1/4 wide on my garage door!! The other picture showed Russian Sage, which is native in this area, that was spreading through the root system out from the mother plant. Although it was untidy, I had been on vacation for 3 weeks, and it can grow that fast and become untidy. No questions were ever asked. Just a threatening letter that I better get it done. When did we allow people into our lives that rule like ****** in peoples life. Any neighbor will tell you I am always in my yard working on it and it is usually immaculate. I will be visiting my neighborhood board members this week. I have been in RE in this area for over 20 years and can honestly say I have never heard one good remark about this company. Now, they have stepped into my personal business. My home is my respite and always cared for. Please dont ask for business with this company. They are terrible and dont care about their community neighbors.

    We are sorry that ******************** is unhappy about some issue regarding her HOA. We have no idea who ******************** is or what HOA she lives in, so we are unable to assist her without further information. To be clear, we work for the ***** of ********* for the HOAs that we manage and perform work at their direction.

    There are some nightmare property management companies out there. This company took over our mess and had it up & turning around in less than 2 months!! They are quick to respond and no nonsense approach that is effective. We LOVE this professional business.
