    Do not use Jack of all junction for any handyman services. The owner lies, is very rude and demeaning to customers, doesnt guarantee his work and wont come back to fix things he and his workers damaged. And said yard trim is not property so he shouldnt have to fix it after damaging it.

At Jack of All Junction, we take pride in our work and always strive to provide quality service and customer satisfaction.For clarity, the job was completed as requested, and the customer confirmed he was satisfied with the work before signing off. A few days later, we were informed about a concern regarding a neighboring rock trim border and some uneven pavers. We promptly communicated that we would return to address the concerns, but due to a high workload, we offered a specific date to come back and make adjustments. Before we could do so, we were told not to come back and that the issue had been taken care of.Despite this, we take feedback seriously and will use this as a reminder to document our projects thoroughly to avoid miscommunications in the future. We genuinely regret that this experience led to frustration on both sides and hope that future interactions, whether with us or another contractor, are more in line with your expectations.
