      The *** insurance hired them to do window restoration in our community, if it were up to me I wouldve never chosen to work with them. Ive been waiting on a window installation for4 long months. Their first excuse was that they ran out of materials and were waiting on them for my window install. I gave them four weeks, when I didnt hear word from them I reached out again, only this time the excuse was that they were sawing two windows together to fit into mine (they didnt have the correct size one). Another four weeks go by and still nothing. Everyone in the community has recieved their windows. Im still waiting on ONE window. ***** from pinnacle doesnt even bother returning customer phone calls. The lack of professionalism is concerning.
