    If I could Id give it 0 stars. Have been out of internet since last night. I tried rebooting it multiple times with no luck and ultimately had to called multiple times. No one can give me an answer as to why I dont have internet when there is not even an outage in my building. They keep on saying their tier 2 team will call me back with answers within 48 hours. How can you give someone a 2 day turnaround time on this type of service. They say the ticket is being escalated and I will be getting a call back soon. I have yet to receive a call back and Im approaching the 24 hour **** of this internet outage. I work from home and the fact that I cant get any answers from their tech team is absurd. This internet is honestly the worst and the fact that the building I live in is only step up for them is infuriating. These people are quick to get your monthly payment but when it comes to the service they provide it is not even sub par. Out of the month my internet goes out at least once per week. There doesnt have to be bad weather or a power surge for the internet to go out. Youd expect this type of service in a 3rd world country that is just getting hooked up to WiFi for the first time, dial up had better service than whatever Im paying for.

    This company is HORRIBLE! I pay for this service for TV thru my HOA and ***** will help me get my TV service back! Has been a week now....
