    The *** team did a great job in evaluating, explaining and installing my new window ***** with their patented system. My house is 28 years old and my two window ***** were completely rusted out. ******* explained to me why they rusted out and why WWSs patented window well replacements would eliminate the rusting. ***** and ******* did a great job installing my two new *****. The whole install process went as advertised. They were very friendly, attentive to detail in their work and non intrusive to my property. The replacing window ***** are high quality powder coated and painted. They look great. I highly recommend WWS for any window well replacement needs. *** S

    For the second summer in a row, water from a big storm collected in my window well. risng 4" over the window. My basement got flooded. Chris and Patrick checked out my existing rusty well, and had several suggestions they implemented while installing a new deeper well that will fix my problem. They checked out the work site several times during the day to assure it was properly installed, and verified the grade was proper. Their estimate was very reasonable, and had no additional charges added on. They and their crew were a pleasure to talk to, and always courteous, and the job was done within a week. I'll definitely pass their name on to my neighbors.

    Hi,Thank you for leaving such a great review! We strive to offer great customer service and a quality product. As your issue was an original installation issue, we are finding out that many window well problems are an installation issue. Yours should have been a much deeper window well in order to keep water from coming up in the bottom. Others we see are secured either poorly or connected to the homes rebar or electrical ground causing premature rusting. Any which way, replacement is the only real option. Thanks again for the work and being such a great homeowner to work with.
