      I have recently submitted a complaint on Jackson Hewitt, I am adding onto the complaint explaining furthermore that Aishe, the Manager at Jackson Hewitt S College tells me everytime I check on the status of the return from the IRS in which he claimed he would contact the IRS to "fix" the problem. We did an amended return with Jackson Hewitt on the beginning of Febuary of 2022, we filed our taxes with them January of 2022. Since then we have not gotten any letter from the IRS stating we now owe "$919" mentioned to us now from Aishe stating that he would like to get paid everytime I call him to get in contact with the IRS which he hasn't and I found out online that the return has NOT been processed. I am stating that Aishe is trying to steal money and take advantage of my situation of currently being unemployed due to a back injury I suffered on April 8th of 2022. $919 of which we do not have and because we did not receive a notice from IRS stating this, this is mainly coming from Aishe at Jackson Hewitt.. NOT the IRS. This needs to be dealt with ASAP. And I am seeking to resolve this issue with Jackson Hewitt with a complaint to hopefully get this settled.
