    We were looking to replace our hot water heater with a Rinnai tankless. ***, the owner, bought an item we had on ******** Marketplace and I asked him if they do Rinnai-they did he said and I showed him where it would go, etc. At his request, I gave him our e-mail, phone # and he said they would be in touch. They never called. A week or so later I left a VMX for a return call (this was ****** Never heard back from them. He touts his firm as "The **** of ********* but not responding to someone who wants their service is poor customer service. We used someone else. If you don't want our business or are too busy to take another job, just tell us.

We at ***'s take pride in our work and communication, and would have loved to get an estimate for you on a new tankless water heater. As your initial conversation regarding this was during a personal purchase, *** encouraged you to reach out to the office to get an appointment scheduled, as *** does not complete any scheduling. We do understand your frustrations, but as we did not receive any communication from you, there was nothing we could have done to change or alter this situation.
