  The service I received recently would rate at least four stars on its own. A serviceman showed up to figure out where my dishwasher was leaking, a few minutes late but no big deal, and solved the problem to my satisfaction. He spent about 1hr15 here in my home, maybe a bit more. I was told I would be sent a bill.When the bill arrived, it showed that I had been charged for 2hrs30 of labor!Upon making contact with billing, I was told that **** is a "port to port" company, and that they start billing from the moment the van leaves their shop until it arrives back. In other words, if they take 15 minutes to arrive at your house, at $154/hr, you've just paid them $38.50 before they even knock on your door.I was able to negotiate a lower bill - I believe I said something like "I don't know what he was doing in the van after he left here but I don't think I should be charged for it" - and paid my new balance in full. But I have no plans to ever give **** my business again.
