    Try and get them to answer the phone, try and get them to respond to an email. Try and get them to answer questions. So disappointed and my company will Be moving on from using them.

    I have used Paychex for about 4 years and have had nothing but problems. My latest issue has been ongoing for 3 years and still hasn't been resolved. Very long story short, I've been paying city taxes to Paychex but they haven't been filing or paying for the city taxes on my behalf. I currently have over $700 in late fees from the city over the last few years and for the last 7 months I've been trying to get Paychex to file all of these delinquent taxes for me and take care of the late fees and no one will help me! I keep getting delinquency notices from the city. I have spent so much time dealing with the people at this company that I would definitely had been better off doing payroll on my own. I've had multiple account reps over the years and every single one of them was completely incompetent.
