    When we signed on with 360 we were told that the website we specifically told them we were looking to build was definitely possible. After signing the contract they got to work building the website we needed. Once the proof was sent back for our review, it was great! But didn’t have the plug-in we needed. We were told we need to get it live and then we can get to work on the plugins needed. Once we approved, we were told that the plug-ins we requested in the beginning were not possible. We asked if we could just get our money back and we’re told the would have to pay to get out of the contract. We tried to continue to work with 360 with no sales, or leads month after month. Month 4 of our 6 month contract we were told that the reasons that were weren’t seeing the return in sales or leads is because the website wasn’t user friendly… We are talking about the website 360 created and built for us. So the recommended that we make some changes and add some forms. The forms were created and the video was make to help customers feel more welcome on our site, but to this day still has not been added to the site. After getting my “marketing expert’s” manger involved we were able to make a little progress. However as soon as she stepped back out of the picture, everything went back down to where we were when we started. This has been a huge financial burden on my business and we probably will not recover from the damage that has been done. Throughout the 6 months with 360 we have made $0 from leads/sales. My “marketing expert” was Valerie R******** she has done nothing but waist my businesses money, time, and resources. Shame on you Market360 for taking over $12000 from my business with nothing to show for it.

    My business is 25 yrs in the making & going strong. I was prev with ******* ********** for many years; it was very corporate, impersonal & had to be micro-managed on every level, it was a 2nd job, with me doing all the work. I've been with M360 for over 5 years & I give them a lot of credit for being a part of my more recent success. While I currently conference with my M360 Marketing Success Manager, Sara C weekly, she takes my creative idea's and converts them into successful exciting campaigns that trigger client responses in a big way! I'm talking about getting hits from new & existing clients everyday! We collaborate on everything business & because she is a true marketing expert, with intelligent idea's like mine, she takes all the Marketing work out of my hands & brings our campaigns to life. Sara is the real deal. Over the last few years, my business is averaging over 7 new clients per day, yes that's right, 7, and oftentimes more. That's some serious growth in an environment where many businesses like mine, dwindled in the pandemic. Most unfortunate. However, back then in 2020 Sara helped to keep us alive in ways that were extremely thoughtful, effective and promising. We came out of that situation fairly unscathed, it was a dual effort between Sara and I, but she took care of us in ways that many Marketing companies would never conceive to do. I consider her part of my team and *** family. Everyone in my business knows who she is and how hard she works for us. On a less personal level, the website Management is super great, the organic & social media management is very cool and I'm very happy with them overall. They are the best Marketing team I've had in my 25 years. It took me a few change overs in staffing to get to Sara, so don't you dare try to steal her away from us, or else... just kidding, but not really. The M360 Dashboard has had tech difficulties which have been worked out. During that time Sara kept us informed of the progress. Great Company!

    The folks I've dealt with at Marketing360 (Brian, Brennan, and Sarah) have all been exceptionally professional, helpful, and patient in all my interactions with them. We meet weekly and they're always organized, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring that we get max return on our marketing-investment dollars. We were highly skeptical at first, due to a bad experience we had with another firm prior to utilizing Madwire. They have, however, restored our faith and confidence that there's actually someone out there who wants to help and not just take the money! I would recommend them highly!     Marketing 360/Madwire, BIG SCAMMER/FAKE/CHEATER AND FRAUD COMPANY. They just take your money. Stay away from them. I signed up with madwire on Jan 21st paying $2095.00 a month X 6 =$12570. From month 1 once I was presented with the website I was not at all happy and I asked to re-edit I was denied and changed and told the software does not allow it like simply resizing an image. Forrest V*****, The agent Forrest literally ignored my requests I still was not happy and I don't like the strategy I was told it takes a month and working on it after following up and nothing worked till the end of the month I asked term and part ways and I was threatened to pay $2095.00 upfront, this is on the recording. When I questioned the budget spend I was told what it was with rude reply. Marketing 360 wasn't transparent about their poor performance and never listened to the client's concerns. They deleted the client's software code twice and refused to provide a refund. Existing users also deleted their app and ultimately stopped performing. ***********************************************  When I tried to cancel policy within a month because of unsatisfactory result, I called Forrest the marketing guy. He said you cannot cancel. I would hate that if you do it and his behavior completely changed, rude, aggressive, not being professional. I was forced to continue with their service. weekly once meeting.no good vibes. Elliot and his team are completely useless. They broke my project, they broke my code, and deleted my website two times, which costs me a lot of money. When I called their company/support, no answer. multiple tries, refused to accept their fault, and pretended all the time and said not our fault. I’m going to file a complaint against them. My money is gone, project is scrapped. Last month, I tried to reach out to Alyse, never answered my call, gave some numbers. Those were not working. Nobody listened to my concern and I saw next billing charge another $2095.

    I think overall working with marketing 360 is not worth it. I learned some things and got a few sales but the ROI was completely messed up and not what i signed up for. They switched the people i was assigned to work with and just gave me false hope of helping really build my business. Invested over $6000 and didn't even make $200 back. Sickening

    We have been with Madwire for over a year now. It has been a long journey and challenging at times. We have had four success managers over this time period! With various degrees of skillsets and marketing knowledge. Staffing is a challenging issue for most companies during this endemic era and Madwire has its fair share of that. Looking back, we are fortunate to have Paul Richardson as our latest and greatest success manager. Paul is knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, and very helpful. He has excellent knowledge of the Madwire platform and knows how to navigate it. He understands the mentality of a small business entity and works with us very well. To us, Paul is the face of Madwire and has always represented Madwire well. He is an asset!

    I don't even know what to say. after reading all these reviews of poor Buisness owners who were tricked into basically giving this joke of a company their entire bank accounts I truly feel we should all come together and bring these thieves to court. do not hire marketing 360!
