  I can honestly say this is a forthright, honest, upfront company!It is rare to come across a company that truly cares about the customer and their needs. They always explain what theyre going to do, how theyre going to do it, and what theyre going to charge. Its always very transparent. What I really appreciate about this company is if they do something wrong, they make it right. Very professional very kind. I highly recommend them! **********

  I have been a client of this business for 14 years. They have never disappointed me on the quality of work, as well as their reliability/dependability and honesty. I have had them do a variety of projects, from my lawn care, weed control, sprinkling system care, new sod, ******************, turning them on in the Spring, and anything else that Ive needed help with. I can call them if Ive had a sprinkler issue and they will do whatever they can to fit my needs into their schedule, even if its after hours. Ive had numerous neighbors ask for their name and number, which they have called and used them for their landscaping needs. No job is too small or outrageous for them. I highly recommend DelaCruz Landscaping for you and your needs. Great family business to work with!

  Poor customer service and lack of transparency on pricing. ***** quoted us $75/hr and then we receive a bill for $120/hr. They also stated in an Email that disposal fee was $20 yet charged $50 on the invoice. Don't trust their shady pricing tactics. They will also insult you and call you liars when it is their employees misquoting and lying to the owners about what was said. They never sent a service ticket or provided transparency on any additional costs.The owner ****** has continued to harass me despite the fact that I've been trying to pay them at the quoted rate. Happy to pay the hourly rate I was quoted or if they could provide any proof that $120/hr was quoted to our family.

  Absolutely amazing work on my backyard, including retaining walls, flagstone, flagstone pavers, custom planter boxes, planting, steps. Very professional and great communication. I appreciated their attention to detail and expertise. Excellent value too!

I will give you a 5 star rating as well for ease of communication and coordination with the massive amount of construction around your property. This was no small project. Consinering all the construction going next door and the amount of space we had for equipment and material. The communication you provided in between the neibors construction and our crew was detramental for the ease to the project and greatly apriciated. We love ***************** we were priveliged of creating for your family and I am sure you will enjoy it for many years to come.
