  True Mechanical was one of three quotes we received to install an A/C unit and humidifier in our new house. Having worked in commercial construction I was able to review all three bids and make sure they were “apples to apples” and True Mechanical was the most inclusive and competitive bid. Trent proved to be knowledgeable and professional during installation. We agreed on a date and time based on my night shift schedule and he showed up, on time, and completed the work in the time frame we discussed. During start up and testing he noticed the existing ductwork would pop when the furnace started, I told him it was a problem when we moved in and the homebuilder told us there was nothing they could do because the basement was finished and the duct was covered by drywall. After a quick review of what he could see, Trent recommended adding a small return duct to the furnace which reduced the pressure, and the pop went away. I was impressed. We highly recommend Trent and True Mechanical.

  We found Trent’s business online and called for an estimate for a new installation of an AC. He had the most reasonable estimate and was so efficient with his work! He was very thorough and made sure everything was working well before he charged us and before he left. We had a great experience with Trent and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any work done! It was clear Trent wanted us to be satisfied with his work and was very personable and accommodating for our houses needs (old house).

  I did everything in my power to try to avoid writing this review but unfortunately the owner of this company has left me no other choice. My swamp Cooler quit working in June i had Trent with True Mechanical Services LLC come out to fix it. On June 23rd Trent came out and informed me i would need a new motor and belt to repair my swamp cooler, I approved the 900$ in repairs and trent completed the work that same day. The very first time i used the swamp cooler it made a loud clunk noise and quit working. I immediately reached out to trent and requested he come double check everything. He came back out on June 29th and told me the motor was working fine and that he could not find anything wrong with it. I was at work so i could not confirm nor deny my wife stated he did let the motor run for 25 mins with no issue. I had purchased 2 A/C window units prior to repair so i did not need the swamp cooler, I tried to use the swamp cooler again on July 14, It ran for an hour and then quit working and would not work again until the following morning. I reached back out to trent on the July 15th and requested he just warranty the motor because i was moving out of the property at the end of the month. I waited three days and never got a response I sent the same message again and he finally replied and said he would work me into his schedule i replied back that it was not a problem and that he could take his time. It is now August 8th and i have not heard back from him. This man STOLE 900$ from me and refuses to warranty the work he does. Although he advertises a 1 year warranty. This man is a crook and his business is a scam avoid at all cost!
