    Received a quote from Ray for a new furnace and AC Unit 8/4/2022, which we accepted. We were told it would be a week to get in parts. After some "delays" Ray was scheduled to come out 8/29/22. The morning of I texted him and he responded that he was out of town for an emergency. Mind you it has been 95+ degrees outside. If I hadn't reached out I would not have known he wasn't going to come. Since 8/29/22 i have not heard from Ray. I have texted and called him multiple times a week for the last month and have received no response. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend.

    Ray B****** provided us with outstanding service and support. He assessed our AC situation, made a prompt, expert recommendation and followed through under difficult circumstances (lack of supplier stock due to recent 3 digit heat) to provide us with a thorough, professional installation. Also, as supplier lead times became extended, he returned to provide an interim solution until the new stock was available. He did a great job and will get all our family's business from now on.

    Doesn't answer his phone or have an active voice mail. ***** ******** requires I use them however he only calls when he is on his way even though he never made an appointment and expects one to be home 24/7 for his convenience. I waited 2 weeks for him to now show for AC service in 97 degree weather.
