    Jonathan (store manager) treated me worse than I've ever been treated in a professional environment. Here is what happened: I entered the store and said I wanted something printed, he said I should go online instead of helping me. I told him I tried going online and had issues with the site. He then begrudgingly assisted me by telling me to email the file to an address and I'd receive a code, when 10 minutes passed, and I had no code, I asked if it usually takes a long time. He responded that it was probably because of my poor phone service. At this point I knew I was getting the run-around so I told him that I did not think he gave me good service and that I would take my business elsewhere. This infuriated Jonathan, he began berating me for telling him he wasn't doing a good job. He completely lost his temper, he yelled "Get the F*** out of here, get the F*** out of my store!" I told him I would not be leaving and that he should not treat customers like that. He pointed his finger at me, I said "put your finger down" and he said "How about THIS finger B****" pointing his middle finger directly at my face and smiling, seemingly enjoying the confrontation which confused me. I smiled back in an effort to calm him down and he said "Why are you smiling? Do want a kiss?" which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, another employee Casey N****** showed up and completely saved the situation. I would highly recommend avoiding this store and using another store for printing and shipping needs.
