    Worst communication, worst accommodation for room requests, and frequents management change with no cross communication. Here an email I sent management with written confirmation and they havent upheld their word. Disgusting miscarriage of trust.I dont care enough to rewrite this email so here the situation as if you were the manager.Hi *******,************************* and I have worked with you since January to be put into the same D1 unit for the 2024-25 academic year. You had sent ***** a confirmation email on January 5 stating that we would be placed together.We called ********************* in April to reconfirm the above arrangements. At that time he said that we werent placed together, but that he would move people around so that we would be in the same unit. He said he would contact us when this was complete. Since he did not call or email, we called him back about a week later. He said that the placement was still unresolved, but confirmed again that he would correct the issue and would call us when complete. Again, we heard nothing back.When ***** called your office this past week, he was told that my lease was D2 in your system which is what caused the problem. However, my lease has been D1 from the beginning.When I called again today to check the status, I learned ****** is no longer working at Districts and that apparently no one has been working to correct the error on your end. I was assured that both ***** and I would hear back from a manager by end of day today about our options. Neither ***** nor I have been contacted.We do not understand what is going on with these delays and inconsistent messages and lack of follow-through. Both ***** and I have D1 leases completed on the portal a screen shot of my completed lease application.Nothing ever came of this, and its now 6 months past WRITTEN CONFIRMATION so I cant find another place to stay for an affordable price.
