    This company is not accredited nor should it be and a one star rating is overly generous. I ordered multiple transcripts on behalf of a client in a criminal matter. The company sent me an e-mail acknowledging the orders and promised delivery of the transcripts by a date certain. Aapex did not deliver the transcripts by the date promised nor did anyone from the company bother to contact me as to why the transcripts were not delivered or why there was a delay. I do not recommend using this company for any legal support services.
    The company is a contractor for the State of Colorado and taxpayer dollars are being wasted paying for its substandard and untimely service.

    Extremely unprofessional. Cannot get invoicing correct. Had to send multiple payments because of it. Charge processing fees to nickel and dime the customer. Does not include audio or video to double check their work. Not always 100% accurate. Charges credit card processing fees.
    Contractor for the state of Colorado court system. Trial has taken longer. Waste of time and money.
