  My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Horizon View Homes. We were kept abreast of any developments during the construction process and have went over the home with a fine tooth comb. Nothing major. Human hands build these home and when humans are involved there is always room for some error. Nothing that we have found to be a major concern. ****** was an ***** to work with and ******* kept us informed. **** did both walkthroughs with us and it was phenomenal. We only wish we could have added the doors on our first floor office, but alas we were too late in the process. Our home is wonderful and everything we could ask for. And the team was phenomenal to work with the entire time. Thank you Horizon View Homes for an amazing home and wonderful staff to assist us.

  So many issues with this home we spent nearly $700k for. The master shower pan was replaced and find out no pad or mortar under it but there were two nails sticking up rubbing against the pan. The warranty group fails at communicating and just figures you dont want to continue working with them and come to find out your emails for 3 weeks have been magically going to their spam folder? With warranty work we just found out they cut corners and have tile and grout completely at the same time instead of waiting the appropriate ***** hours in between. Warranty misses phone calls and voicemails from trades so now we will be without a shower for 8-9 days instead of the 4 days scheduled. Lack of professionalism results in the homeowner dealing with their failures and they dont care at all. Its taken almost a year to get one year warranty issues resolved and constant back and forth with the homeowner initiating getting items fixed. Same with 6 month warranty items. So frustrating to deal with all of this. I will NEVER buy a home from this company again. They only care about getting you into a home and your money and slack on their responsibility with warranty items.

  So many issues with Horizon View Homes. We had quite a few major issues while building the home but fortunately we’re able to get those resolved. However, we have only owned the home for 2 years and have to replace an entire master bathroom! Floor, shower and tub! They did not properly seal under in a ledge in the shower so it has been leaking for 2 years! So much mold! They won’t do anything even though it was their bad workmanship. Shame on you Horizon View! They don’t stand behind their houses at all! Be sure to check underneath all your shower ledges! I’m sure they weren’t sealed properly.
