    I had a reservation to pick up a Uhal at 8:30am and the location was closed until 9am. I waited and waited for someone to show up because the hours on the door said they open at 9am on Saturdays. I was having trouble getting into the lock box, so I called the ********************* line to get assistance. They were not helpful at all. We talked to 3 different people, and nobody seemed to be able to help us get the lock box opened. We spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get the lock box opened. We called back and spoke with a 4th person with **** named ***** and my gosh she was very rude. She was talking c*** about us in the background to another employee saying that we were getting on her nerves and that she didn't want to deal with us anymore. Once I heard that I asked to speak with a manager, and she said that she didn't have a manager available. ***** then recommended that we go pick up a smaller truck from another location that was opened but it was 20 miles away. We said No, we would like the truck that we reserved and paying for. She said OK well then, I can just cancel your reservation for you. Thats not what we asked!! We will never recommend this location or Uhal in general to anyone. I also still got charged the full amount and still never spoke with a manager from ****.

    Horrible!! Owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional will yell and hang up on you!! Will say you did not go in to sign off on unit upon leaving and will continue to charge you even though you have already moved your things out and provided both verbal and written vacancy notices. He is a scammer!

    I can't believe there's not one review for this place the manager is disrespectful and throws your past in your face I don't know how one month behind makes us owe ****+. They over charge for there units and add extra fees every chance he gets you can't get in after 7:00 p.m. and God forbid if you throw a bag out of the in the trash and then you take it back out he still charges you $150 and locks you out and then expect you to still pay it's ridiculous yeah it's convenient because there's a light in the storage unit but what he's charging and the way that he acts is not worth it I'm losing my stuff because of him and stuff that's very sentimental to me don't rent at this place he'll s**** you every chance you get
